Newbie Tasks

I have significantly decreased the XP rewards newbies will get for completing tasks. We will probably be tweaking these some more and altering some of the regular achievements that newbie can attain in order to slow things down more.

Obviously newbies have been pushed through that part of the game too fast and we are looking to slow it down to a better rate.
