Since coming back I have been working and responding to issues myself instead of through an admin character. I have recruited an assistant who I am very confident with, who will be helping me with issues and support from now on.

Dwyn is his name and he has pretty extensive experience working support on games inside and outside of Iron Realms. Keep in mind we discuss any major issues, so consider anything that he says as coming from me.
