Runelore tablet management

I've made some changes to Runelore tablets that should make their management much more convenient.

- You can now sketch up to six runes on a tablet (up to 4)

- SKETCH <rune> ON TABLET now automatically uses the first suitable tablet, if possible

- RUNES no longer includes tablet runes

- New command: TABLETS: shows a list of your tablets, TABLETS <rune> displays a list of tablets containing the rune, TABLETS SUMMARY summarises the tablet runes for easy reference
