17.4.1 Arrowtag
Arrow Tag is a modified version of Freeze Tag made for the Soiree events of 2011. Instead of the typical wand freezing, players are given a special heart-themed bow and will need to SHOOT <player> [<direction>]. Three hits with the arrow and a player is out of the competition.
