With the new release of the artifact system, there is one thing you need to keep in mind when you're crafting an item through the tradeskill system. They still need to be "mundane." As in, no magickal properties to the item. If you want to customise your artifacts with magickal properties, you can do so through the CUSTOMISATION process.

So in closing:

All tradeskill items still need to follow the proper rules and procedures. If you want to customise an item with artifact powers, use the CUSTOMISATION process.
