Crude Amulet

It came to my attention that the crude amulet was not listed in the help files.

It is now listed in HELP PROMOTIONS. For those unaware it can satiate you, restore your health and mana, and stop bleeding. Each amulet has 10 uses, and has a 4 hour cool-down. You need to RUB <amulet> to activate it when you wish to.
