With the destruction of the monolith, six remnants were placed in each of the cities and councils. The remnants must be given to another city within seven days or all citizens of your city will suffer a major malus. The effect of the malus is based on how many remnants your city or council has in its possession. Remnants cannot be destroyed, however if one city manages to collect all of the remnants, they can rebuild the monolith. This monolith will not have any powers, but will serve as a permanent new landmark for your organisation. Remnants cannot be gained by any method other than diplomacy. You must either convince another organisation to give you a remnant or take one from you. COMMANDS: --------------------------- REMNANTS This will show which city or council has each remnant piece. REMNANT OFFER <remnant> TO <city|council> Offer to give a remnant piece to another organization. You must be in the room with the remnant in order to do this. This command can only be used by a member of the ruling council. REMNANT OFFER <remnant> TO NOONE Remove any offer you have made with a remnant. You must be in the room with the remnant in order to do this. This command can only be used by a member of the ruling council. REMNANT ACCEPT <remnant> Accept a remnant piece from another organization. You must be in the room with the remnant in order to do this. This means rulers from other orgs will need access to a remnant within your walls. It will be moved to a central place in your organisation. This command can only be used by a member of the ruling council. REMNANT INFUSE WITH <shard> After seven days the remnants will explode and the malus will fall upon any organisations that still have remnants in their possession. You can use shards to delay this by a day. Red shards count as five blue shards. Shards can be infused at any remnant piece. See below for the number of shards needed to extend the explosion. You can infuse at ANY remnant and it extends the counter for all remnants. - Day 7: 25 - Day 8: 100 - Day 9: 250 - Day 10: 500 - Day 11: 1000 - Day 12: 2500 - Day 13: 10000 REMNANT REBUILD MONOLITH If you org has collected all of the remnants, you can rebuild the monolith within your your walls. This will immediately complete the event and your citizens will fall under the malus for one year. The Malus --------------------------- When the remnants explode or the monolith is rebuilt, the malus will begin to effect the orgs with remnants. The effect of the malus depends on the number of remnants your org has. A completed monolith counts as 6 remnants. 1 remnant : -3 to 0 random stat changes. 2 remnants: -2 to 0 random stat changes. 3 remnants: -1 to 0 random stat changes. 4 remnants: 0 to +1 random stat changes. 5 remnants: 0 to +2 random stat changes. 6 remnants: 0 to +3 random stat changes. The malus will last for one in game year. The personal effects of the malus will change every game day. Remnant Locations --------------------------- Antioch : 13224 Antioch Shuk.
