Hello Imperian!

As per the results of referendum 351492, we will be doing a 1v1 tournament
rather than the TFFA. Unfortunately, there is no working automated setup for
this. So, here is how it will go:

We will use the cities' arenas alongside the Coliseum to do up to 6 FFAs at
once. Seeds will be random, and anyone not paired up counted as a bye.

I will check with the winners of the first round on whether we should continue
tomorrow or next week for round 2.

Prizes will be modified to fit slightly:

- One random stocking to anyone participating.
- One stocking and 15 credits to the four semifinalists.
- 100 credits to the winner.
