This is to both Ithaqua and Antioch:

Greetings, enemies of magick. I have claimed Ithaqua's monument room and the shop north of Antioch Shuk as my territory and have left cairns there to establish that claim. Because it would be unfair not to tell you this, I am hereby informing you: I have imbued these cairns with a special sort of magick -- one that will permeate both the council and the city with its pure power. You will slowly notice guards dying. It will seem like they are dying to myself or someone else, but it will really be the cairns that are killing them. You'll also notice monoliths, eyes, and other sort of magickal items appearing around your council/cities. Again, you might -think- they are being put there, but they are really being generated by the cairns. This post has been made in the spirit of fairness.
Magick has its hook in both the icy council and the sandy city. The magick shall spread. You can not stop it.
