Hello, Imperian!

It's been a couple of weeks since we did a roll-up post of changes. Here's a brief list of some of the small code changes made recently, initially announced via changelogs.

ARENA
- Arena hero bards now receive 3 axes instead of 2
- Arena hero outriders now receive 4 axes instead of 2
- Arena hero outriders, rangers, and amazons now get a cloak
- Deaths in the arena will no longer create corpses

GENERAL
- Reworked some aspect-related code that was previously called on death (and every time a power was used) to be cached periodically. This is one step in reduction of lag that may be caused by the death() call
- Rewrote how objects drop on death/logout. More trying to reduce the lag monster on death. No change in functionality, just a rework of some old code
- All classleads have either been implemented or rejected at this point
- Learning is annoying. Learning shouldn't be annoying. Learning is now less annoying. Max lesson base per learning attempt increased from 30 to 200. Mentor number increased from 35 to 233. Moradeim attunement still triples the max.

PROMOTIONS
- Classlead 929 -- Swamp Cards are no longer scaled to max health

ARTIFACTS
- Classlead 917 -- Multiple items can be placed in a mini generator. The generator consume message shown to the room is also consolidated

SKILLS
- Classlead 925 -- Sludge can be used to prevent parting. Dissolves 5 seconds after the caster leaves the room
- Classlead 873 -- Tendoncut can be parried; Weaponmatery feint is removed
- Classlead 860 -- Radiance eq times reduced considerably
- Classlead 870 -- Vivisect base time reduced to 10 seconds (from 12)
- Classlead 871 -- Etherpunch will have a 2 second immunity (by target) after being afflicted
- Classlead 859 -- Release can no longer be used with shatter
- Classlead 851 -- You can now make 5 door closers at a time
- An issue with seraphs disappearing on starburst has been fixed

CONFLICT
- Classlead 749 -- The watcher power now is attached to truesight obelisk with attunement 5
