Token Takedown Two

The following sources of tokens have been replaced with bound credits:
- Defeating Alekmanhala now rewards credits instead of tokens.
- Tokens are no longer available in stockings and have been replaced by credits.

The following sources of tokens have been removed outright (since they were only added as stopgaps due to a lack of token sources):
- Caravan plundering (it was a 1 in 50 chance per caravan, now completely removed)
- Spawnwave completion (it was a 1 in 50 chance, now completely removed)

I've once again awarded credits for all existing tokens in the game.

The only remaining source of tokens is the Iron Elite membership. These will be replaced with a different reward soon.
