Help File Improvements

Hello, Imperian!

Over the years, a lot of changes have slipped into the game without the appropriate help files being updated. On top of that, there is always room for improvement of documentation.

To that end, I've created a thread on the forums for discussion of help file changes that are needed. You can, of course, continue to file TYPO reports as well. The forum thread is there for long-form posting and discussion, but is not the only way to bring things to our attention.
