I have loaded a bunch of bug fixes, as well as a couple of balancing changes, details as follows:


General
-------

- Shop/house taxes collected using the autopay option are now correctly added to the chancellor budget

- Attempts to pay shop/house taxes no longer let you pay 0 gold pointlessly

- 'path find' will no longer let you enter newbie areas if you are above level 30

- Dying to an entity loyal to another player now credits the kill to that player even if the mob is not in the same room; this mostly affects ranged Naturebinding attacks


Curses
------

- Curses should no longer be failing against mobs with low numbers


Evocation
---------

- Ethereal wisps (Evocation) now consume 1 air imbue instead of generating it


Knifeplay
---------

- CIRCLING should once again work correctly


Malignosis
----------

- DEMON REFUGE should no longer fail silently if the Ouroboros is not following you


Naturebinding
-------------

- Choke is no longer usable on a target that is already being choked


Runelore
--------

- Flared Loshre and Nairat runes (Runelore) now share the same cooldown - they cannot both be active on the same target at once


Shards
------

- SHARD DISRUPT no longer works while phased

- PATH FIND SHARD will now inform you if it fails due to you not having shard watch active


Survival
--------

- METAWAKE should work correctly once again

- SELFISHNESS should work correctly once again
