It is now possible to ransom raiding objectives back and forth between cities and councils. Ransoms can be for any combination of gold and commodities. Ransoms are controlled by the ambassador's office. The following new commands are available:

CITY RANSOM OFFER <objective> TO <city> FOR GP # COMM1 # COMM2 # . . .
CITY RANSOM ACCEPT <offer #>
CITY RANSOM LIST

Please remember to use GP for money as gold is a separate commodity. Ransoms automatically expire after 24 hours if they are not accepted.
