We've made a change to caravan guard targeting. Rather than keep attacking the first person they attack as was previously done, caravan guards will try to spread out to attack the group evenly. So if there are 4 attackers and 8 guards, even if the guards are initially all attacking the same person, they will change until two guards are attacking each of the four people. Each beacon sentry counts as a person here, so if you have four sentries, four players, and eight guards, the guards will slowly adjust until there is one guard per sentry/person.
