Game Support
There are several ways to get support or help, should you need it. Read the following guidelines on how to get support.

1. The prefered way to get help, if you are currently in the game, is to use the ISSUE command, HELP ISSUES will explain to you how to use this command. Issues will be dealt with immediatly.
2. If you cannot connect to the game, or you would like an alternative method, then please email support@imperian.com.
3. If your problem is the result of some kind of game bug, please use the BUG command (HELP BUGS), if it is some sort of code problem, and it will be dealt with as soon as possible.
4. Should you have a credit problem or would like to trade in artifacts, you can message Avasyu or email at avasyu@imperian.com. Due to the amount of messages and email recieved, anything not regarding credits may not recieve a response. You should use the ISSUE command or email support@imperian.com.
