24.5 Promotions

There are many different types of promotions run on Imperian. This is a general help file with several of the awards you can find while participating in those promotions.

COMMANDS

PROMO TRADE <item> TO <person> [CONFIRM]

PROMO TRADEIN <item> [CONFIRM]

PROMO MARKET [search string] [POSTED] (see HELP PROMO MARKET)
The optional POSTED argument lists only those items for sale that you placed there.

PROMO SELL <item> FOR <#> [CREDITS|GOLD]

PROMO REMOVE <item>

PROMO BUY <item> [confirm]

PROMO TRADEABLE [filter] [ALL/CONTAINERS/RECURSIVE]
If you provide any of the three options for the last optional element it also searches containers as well as containers in containers. Filter limits the result to items that have that item type (e.g. token) or contain that string in their appearance. Keep in mind, this will not check items in your room, or anywhere else that is not your inventory. It will only check your inventory, and optionally, containers that you're carrying.
